Prior to joining the team in 2012, I worked with a global construction consultancy firm, national property consultancy firm and The Valuation Office Agency. I have over 15 years' experience in the area of capital allowances and I am a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

I have experience in many commercial sectors including retail, leisure, industrial and renewable energy. I have also carried out numerous valuations for care home operators, general practice surgeries and private medical centres. My clients include property investment companies and individuals, owner occupiers and healthcare and retail operators.

Some of my projects have included: - 

• £200m Hotel and Railway station upgrade, London
• £7.5m Hydro Scheme, Scotland
• £1.5m Care Home refurbishment, Bedford 
• Portfolio review of 40 retail units

During my spare time I am a keen golfer and an avid supporter of my son’s football team. I also enjoy running and spending quality time with my family.
